The Yorkshire Evening
Post has reported of plans to build a £65m arena close to the city's
Clarence Dock. The 12,00 seat arena would be used to stage major pop
concerts, sporting and stage shows.
The developer, Patrick
Nally expects the project to be completed and open for business by Christmas
2007.
