Breaking News - Scaffolding collapses in Leeds during morning rush hour Reports are coming in that a major scaffold collapse has closed on of the main trunk routes into the city.
The incident is reported to have happened on East Street at approximately 7:45am. A full investigation is currently underway by the HSE.
East Street is one of the main commuter routes into Leeds. The road is expected to be closed for most of the day.
