  Description                   110m
When completed in 2006 Bridgewater Place will dominate the skyline as the North’s tallest building rising 32 storeys at 110 metres high. Its design includes two buildings brought together by a magnificent eight-storey glass atrium to create the region’s largest single structure venue for commercial and leisure use.

In total the scheme incorporates 234,000 sq. ft of state of the art office accommodation (of which 121,000 sq. ft, is already pre-let to leading law firm Eversheds), 200 luxury apartments and 10,000 sq. ft. of leisure and retail space. With more than 400 basement level car parking spaces, Bridgewater Place boasts a higher ratio than any other scheme in the city.
